Free Tier: Access to basic effects. You cannot save text-based files or download images.
Paid Tier: Access to expanded effects, ability to save text-based files to the platform, save images to your browser, and add text to images before sharing.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all text you input into echoprism and all visual art generated by the service. You are free to use, share, and distribute your creations as you wish.
Our Platform: echoprism, including all software, code, design elements, algorithms, and the underlying technology, remains the exclusive property of the service operator and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
License to Operate: By using echoprism, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, display, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not share, sell, or use your content for any other purpose.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
